Nautilus All-Star Bowl is a success

September 12 , 2007 American Conference All-Star

Last Sunday night with a perfect football temperature of 68 degrees, the Ironman Football League hosted its first Nautilus All-Star Bowl at the Milwaukee Sports Complex in Franklin. The National Conference All-Stars faced off for the first time against the American Conference All-Stars for conference bragging rights.

In front of a packed crowd at the Milwaukee Sports Complex, Quarterback Jason Hufford #14 of the Roscoe Rush gave the American Conference its first points before halftime on a 1-yard quarterback sneak to make the score 6-0.

In the second half the National Conference scored its lone touchdown making the score 7-6 late in the third quarter.

The fourth quarter belonged to the American Conference when Hufford hooked up with wide receiver Jackie “Hollywood” Jordan for the long touchdown taking the lead and securing the victory as the American Conference beat the National Conference 13-7.

The Ironman Football League would again like to thank its sponsor Nautilus for the opportunity to host this game and looks forward to the same success in the future.
