The Fond du Lac Crusaders are dedicated to the following objectives:?

THE ORGANIZATION:
After a decade of change, the Crusaders have achieved stability under the watchful eyes of team owners John and Amanda Bromley and the embrace of the close knit community of Fond du Lac, WI. The organization is committed to renew the winning tradition dating back to IFL Ironbowl Championships in 1997 and 1998.
John is a veteran of semi-professional football, playing 10 years for teams in Southern California, and entering his fourth year in the IFL. In addition he and his wife hold Masters Degrees in Management. With this combination of experience and knowledge, John and Amanda have established a vision for the organization (The Crusade), established a strong leadership team, and brought in some of the top coaching talent in the area in order to ensure success.
THE COACHING STAFF
With well over 60 years of combined coaching experience, the Crusader coaching staff is poised to make the 2011 season a successful season. The staff has been working hard over the off-season and preseason to put the players in position to be successful. After a tough 2010 season, the coaches learned what it takes to compete in the tough Iron Man Football League. Commitment, intelligence, athleticism, aggression and, most of all, team chemistry are the key ingredients to achieving success in the IFL. Using the lessons learned from 2010, the ingredients are present for 2011 and the team is poised to make a serious run in the IFL.
