The Panthers have officially become an IFL franchise in 2009 where they intend to be competitive and successful. Led by an owner group that possesses great leadership the Panthers plan to be a fixture in the Greendale community while providing excellence on the football field. The Panthers will call Greendale High School their home.
About the Community
Greendale is a village in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and has a population of 14,405 according to the 2000 census. Greendale was settled in 1938 as a public cooperative community in the New Deal Era. Construction of the new town created jobs and thus help stimulate the national economic recovery following the Great Depression. Eleanor Roosevelt, wife of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, visited the Village early in its history.
