The games that were canceled due to severe weather conditions in week one will be played on August 9th pushing the playoffs back one week. The teams that were able to play a full game that week will have a bye.

The Oak Creek Renegades have dissolved and are no longer a member of the Ironman Football League due to their lack of players to properly field a team.

Spartans enter Mid-States Tournament
The Wauwatosa Spartans have accepted an invitation to the Mid-States Tournament, a post-season tournament hosted by National Football Events. Players interested in playing with the Spartans are encouraged to contact Adam at 262-893-3240 or at info@wauwatosa-spartans.com.
Blue Devils enter Mid-States Tournament
The Burlington Blue Devils will be entering the Mid-States Tournament. All players need to let us know if you plan on playing; call Tom Hawkins 262-716-1147, ASAP! Rush will compete in GMFC Tournament
The Roscoe Rush has been invited to participate in a Post-Season Tournament that is held by the Great Midwest Football League. This tournament is designed to bring the best available teams from the Midwest to compete for the title of Midwest Regional Champion. The tournament will begin October 25th and conclude on November 15th. This will be a single elimination tournament.
Crusaders awards banquet announced
The 2008 Fond du Lac Crusaders awards banquet has been set. The event will take place on October 4th at the American Legion in Fond du Lac. Several team awards will be given out including Team MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, Special Teams Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Most Improved Player The event will start at 6:00 pm and the address is listed below.

Spartans dance team tryouts
The Wauwatosa Spartans will be holding tryouts for their signature dance troupe May 13th through the 15th at Carroll College in the Ganfield Dance Studio from 6-8pm. Carroll College Blaze dance coach Betsy Savides has signed on to coach the squad which will perform at all home games and as well as make public appearances. Applicants should be 18 or older, with high energy and a positive attitude. All levels of dancers are encouraged to tryout.
